U.S. Leadership and Partnership in Particle Physics

This report was created to communicate the recent accomplishments chieved in the field of high energy physics (HEP) by the United States and address goals for the future. The High Energy Physics Advisory Panel (HEPAP) addresses three questions related to their role in HEP) that can be summed up as: 1) How can the US be a partner of choice in HEP? 2) How can US be a leader in HEP? 3) How can the US build and retain a robust workforce?
