Symmetry Magazine
Symmetry is a magazine about approachable particle physics.
Symmetry explains the practical applications of particle physics and current happenings in the national laboratories. With a target audience of folks who aren’t particle physicists, it relys heavily on illustrations and relatable metaphors to communicate complicated ideas.
I have been lucky enough to have contributed to design and illustration for Symmetry since 2012 and in that time I have worked on a wide variety of pieces. Physics Anti-Valentines and Physics themed jack-o-lantern carving templates are a couple of unique favorites. Below is a smattering of header and supporting images used over the past decade.
